Love Maruichi. Just got back from Japan. Didnβt realize my daruma doll hankachi towru from Maruichi is Imabari! Top quality! LOVE their matcha pan and, my excellent hotel in Kyoto lent out the same cool water bottle that I bought here. Also! The KireiKirei foam hand soap is so good and I used it in Japan at good public restroom too. Need some Furoshiki so Iβm coming back soon!

Love love love this place for a bento box lunch or quick onigiri snack break. The sashimi bowl is also a steal for only $10

I love this place! My husband & I just got back from a trip to Japan a couple weeks ago and I was missing it so much! I discovered Maruichi and it brought me back to Japan ππ₯Ή. I was able to find this peach water I was obsessed about and the super delicious black thunder chocolate candy bars. AMAZING. Plus a lot of other things! There's a huge variety of tasty snacks and fresh fish! I will definitely be back for sure! I live almost an hour away from the store but it is definitely worth the drive!!

1st time there definitely wonβt be our last. Awesome variety of items. Pricing of some items is consistent with the area but there were lots of good deals. The fresh prepared food was really good. And I felt the staff was really helpful. Well stocked. Already planning next visit. βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

This review is from the perspective of someone who is not Japanese, but a huge fan of the food and culture. This shop is just a delight to walk into. There tons of food items you will not find in a typical store. The deli sells fresh onigiri and other items. My family enjoys visiting when we are in Princeton
